ROI Launches Vehicle to Chinese Military and Consumer Market

HENDERSON, NV – December 13, 2007 – Rhino Outdoor International, Inc. (RHOI), which operates outdoor activity based businesses, including wholly owned subsidiary Rhino Off-Road Industries, Inc., reported today that the launch of the Rhino Off-Road RTV to the Asian market at the iOffroad Asia trade show held in Beijing last week was a stunning success.

The four day, first of its kind off-road trade show, included two days of exhibiting and demo-rides to government representatives and two days of presentation to the growing off-road consumer market in China. "It’s one thing to talk about the Asian opportunity, it’s completely another to stand on Chinese soil and realize that ROI is participating in the building of a new sport in a country that is incredibly hungry for outdoor motorsports activities.

The enthusiasm of our partners and the excitement and demand from consumers validates our investment to date,” stated Howard Pearl, CEO & President of Rhino Outdoor International.

“We envision a tremendous future for our companies in China and are committed to this market for the long term.”Representatives from ROI, including Mr. Pearl, Dustin Webster, Executive Director of W.E.ROCK, and Rich Klein, W.E.ROCK VP teamed with Chinese partner Hebei Sida Industry Group Co, LTD (HSIG) to display the Rhino RTV at the show and demonstrate the capabilities of the vehicle on a custom built obstacle course. “Representatives from the Chinese government, including military agencies were amazed at the capabilities of the RTV – they’ve never seen anything like it,” stated Dustin Webster.

“We expect sales to the Chinese government to be a substantial opportunity for us.”Thousands of off-road enthusiasts from across China were at the show to witness exciting demonstrations of the Rhino Off-Road RTV. “The 4-wheeler market is experiencing an incredible growth in China as the middle class and recreational activities explode.

The RTV was the hit of the show, and drew thousands of spectators and a continuous line to experience a demo ride,” continued Webster. The market for off-road vehicles in China has quadrupled over the past 5 years and is growing at over 18% per year. Experts predict that China will be the world’s largest auto market within the next decade.
